I was browsing to see where I can find that super-duper ATG 714 gun and found it on OVERSTOCKS.com!!!! Also noticed that they have the Nestabilities on there for only $19.99 (vs. $24.99 retail). Maybe everyone knows about it but thought some out there may be like me and not know that this is a great, cheap source for some craft tools/items.
You can find the Nestabilities here
Shipping today is only $2.95!
The ATG 714 gun is here
More later.....
Update: Even cheaper Nestabilities at Scrap-mart plus FREE shipping! They list them at $18.99 per set, no tax and NO SHIPPING! The free shipping, I believe, is for limited time.
I never got much done for Dizzy Broad because it was all about the boy (so far) this weekend. TOmorrow, it will be about the big boy (DH - Father's day!). LOL! My camera is full of pictures of things I've made, including a bunch of shirt/tie magnet bookmarks (courtesy of Martha via Mel's Blog - you've got to go visit Mel's blog - she is AMAZING and full of ideas, some, out of this world!).
Anyway, did some serious case-ing of the bookmarks, except used my own cardstock and paper pieced the tie and added button brads. THEN...made little books with faux fabric binding and typed on the computer some current book titles my DH is reading, then printed, cut and glued the book titles to the front of the "books". Inside I put the shirt/tie magnet. Great packaging for fun, easy gifts (a couple of these are going to my Aunt as thank you gifts for shopping in my Dizzy shop. Since the camera is currently charging battery, will have to wait to post these fun photos. Plus I also have a few (cryptic) photos of the sleepover. No - you will not see full-on photos of anyone on this blog....why??? We just want to be rich but not famous! LOL!!!! Good night!

Pokemon soon to take over the house!
This is the last week of school for my 7 year old so have been frantic doing last minute teacher gift presents (will post pics later) AND taking pictures of my son in class, on the playground, everywhere at school so later on when I do finally get back to scrapbooking it would seem like I was there all the time doing scrapbook documentation! LOL!
With the end of school, he will also get his Pokemon game boy cartridge back. Pokemon was put on timeout in January through mid June because all those character statistics were taking up too much room in his brain (and not enough room for spelling words, math, and anything else school related). If you have sons, you know what I'm talking about. It's an addictive toy! And if you do have a son but still around age 2-3, BEWARE!!!!! He WILL get into Pokemon whether you like it or not!
The picture above was his 7th bday cake - he requested Pokeball cake and cupcakes. He's already planned the "Pokemon Kick Off Games", which will start tomorrow night with a sleep over with 2 of his best friends (am I CRAZY???? The last day of school and somehow I agreed to let him have a sleepover on the first night that we will be able to sleep in late the next morning but instead, will be awake the entire evening because there are 3 boys downstairs wide awake and glassy-eyed from playing marathon Pokemon games!!). That's not all, he has talked me into having a "Super Soaker" (spray water gun - get them at Target! Cheap!) playdate immediately after school tomorrow with 4 boys! How do you tell 4 7-yr-old boys to AIM BELOW THE WAIST???? Probably best to lay low and have towels ready and change of clothes.
Well, I really hope to post photos of all the fun things I've been making for Dizzy Broad. It's been a challenge trying to do that now that my 4 yr old is done with pre-school for the summer. Also, not sure if I have enough readers to offer BLOG CANDY!!!! Check out this blog next Wednesday, June 18th for details!!

Purses in the brain
More paper purses were posted this morning at Dizzy Broad! I also have a new Amy Butler mini purse that I have to photograph and will post later this evening. It comes with 4 very bling card candy flowers.
I'm also trying to find some time to finish the popsicle cards (my 7 year old son designed these!). However, I may just end up listing them as tags or card embellishments so I can finally get them off my work table! Along with that, I'll be listing my caffeinated notecards (without the coffee bag). Shipping will obviously be a lot less so keep your eyes open for those!
I had purchased a Zutter binding machine so am trying to pay it off before DH notices I dipped into the food budget again! LOL!! So, that means more Etsy items to be posted the next few weeks!! Have a good day!!
