Rainy like Seattle

Rain, rain, go away...come again another.....Oh...rain is good, very, very good. As a matter of fact, California can use probably a month or so worth of rain. But it's sooooo dreary!

Here's a card I made - hoping it would coax the sun out just for a bit:



I cased the card idea from Impress but added a few more 3D embellishments for it (there are those starfish die cuts again - Cuddlebug die cuts that were shaped to make them 3D; also some hand-made flip flops out of fun foam). The Hibiscus flower was cut from felt. I have the instruction book somewhere that tells how to make them so when I find it, I will update the info.

I hope everyone had a nice Valentine's Day! We had a low-key one, told my DH not to splurge on any roses so he was good and got me a nice bouquet with red/white flowers and just 3 red roses. We all went out to eat at PF Changs. The wait was 2 hours if you had no reservations!
