One of my pet peeves are bad drivers and rude people. As I get older, I become more bold in "talking back" to these people and telling them in as civilized manner as I can how they've been rude or inconsiderate. Last week there was a guy who pulled in front of me to take a parking space that I had been waiting to pull into. I was so angry that I drove up right behind him and pressed on my car horn until the entire parking structure could hear it. I'm sure he was scared and maybe that's why he wouldn't get out of his car. I yelled at him - so he could hear me through his closed doors - that I had been waiting for that spot and that he was a poor excuse for a man.
Then there are those people who think that stay-at-home moms are beneath them. Hello, people, if you are a woman and you work full time, please do not treat these moms like they are second-class-citizens. They all had very successful careers before but gave it all up to raise their children PROPERLY. No, you working moms DO NOT KNOW more than we do. You ARE NOT SMARTER than us. You ARE NOT a better strategic thinker than us. Your ideas ARE NOT better than ours. I could go on. We stay-at-home moms can run circles around you before you can even say "um". Perhaps your problem is your own frustration for not being the one at home raising your children. Enough said.
If you'd like to offer any comments, please do so but don't be rude!
